Chairman and CEO-CHMann Group, Inc; dba The Mann Group Inc. Holding Company for all healthcare and real estate retirement subsidiaries including: Mann Group Development, Inc., Mann Management, LLC, MannCare Inc. Senior’s Living Well Charitable Foundation, Inc (501C3).

Developer and owner/operator-newly constructed “The Mann House, Cumming/Forsyth,” a new concept in Memory Care Licensed Assisted Living following the legacy long established for The Mann House in Atlanta.

President and CEO-ValueLiving®, LLC dba HOME® (Spring 2018). The first prototype in a completely original portfolio of Senior’s Assisted Living Communities catering to those without the resources to afford most contemporary market rate properties. Will enable the Seniors’ “Gap Group” to receive safe, comfortable attractive housing and healthcare services they so richly deserve at prices 25% to 50% below most market rate providers.

Chairman – Mann Family Charitable Foundation, Inc. – This 501-C3 tax exempt Charitable Foundation presents an annual award (“The Charles H. Mann M.D. Memorial Caregiving Award”) for outstanding work in Alzheimer’s Disease research and exemplary caregiving in conjunction with the National Council on Aging, The New York Council on Aging and the New York City’s Alzheimer’s Association and other sponsoring organizations. Awarded annually to outstanding Atlanta Recipients.

Former CEO and President – CHMann Home Health, Inc. – acquired from Georgia Baptist Healthcare System. Sold to Pruitt Healthcare.

Former CEO and President-Manncare, Inc dba Haven House Hospice sold to Vitas, Hospice Inc.
